Disclaimer - Bouncy Castles/inflatables for small and private events

You will be required to sign the disclaimer on the day, and going ahead with your booking states that you agree and will adhere to the terms and conditions stated in the disclaimer. If you have any problems opening this file, please contact us and we can send a copy to you in picture format. 

CANCELLATION POLICY IS:  up to 7 days prior to party/event deposit shall be lost,  Up to 48 hours prior - 30% of the full amount is due and 24 hours 50% is due.

Feedback and Complaints Procedure

At Splash Inflatables we pride ourselves in giving 100% to everything we do and our customer service is one of our top priorities, which is why we have a procedure so you can let us know exactly how you are feeling no matter what it is.  If you feel we could of done something better then let us know.

Telephone Complaints Procedure:   We will take your complaint via telephone, record it, investigate the issue and call you back within a maximum of 48 hours when we have gathered all the information to discuss the complaint in more detail with you.

 

  • Please note management are very busy at weekends and will get back to you as soon as they possibly can, at a time they are able to fully investigate the issue and give your concern the full attention it deserves.
