To a Bouncy Castle

You have come to visit my special day,

I feel so lucky, I have to say.

My heart beats fasts and my shoes are thrown,

where they are now is still unknown!

At your bright colours, I love to stare,

and I bounce on you without any care.

My friends have come to see you too.

The ultimate birthday party crew!

I will have a rest for just 1 minute,

for some cake and a birthday tribute.

Thank you for bringing such excitement to my day,

goodbye with love I’ll have to say.

I’ll see you soon somewhere new.

Hopefully by then I’ll have found my shoe!
