Venue & Garden Access Times

If your booking is inside a venue then we really need a very minimum amount of access time to allow for any delivery delays out with our control.

We would need at least 1 hour access/ leeway before and after this if you possibly can.

For example your party starts at 1pm, we would need to be able to gain access to the venue for 12 o'clock. We require 1 hour at the end of the party for removal, for example if the party ends at 4pm we need access until 5pm.

30 Minute Access Disclaimer

Our set up time guarantee would be with 1 hour from the time we have access to the venue. For example if your party starts at noon and the access time is 11.30am, we only give a guarantee that we will be set up by 12.30pm. We wouldn't be able to give a refund or wouldn't expect a bad review from not being set up and ready for 12 noon.

We try to be as transparent as possible and 9 out of 10 times, the 30 mins access if fine, however we want to make sure that you are aware that 30 mins isn't long and we do not take any responsibility for delays beyond our control on such a tight schedule.

The same 1 hour applies for the pick up of the equipment also.
